Private Yoga Tuition - One to one classes

grace A one-to-one class, with breathing, movement and a deep relaxation At £30 or $50 you will go home with a practice tailored specifically for your body and life-style, the time you have available for this practice will also be programmed in, so that you feel comfortable with not having to push yourself, after all yoga is know to be calming and relaxing.

Many people do not like to attend class either as a beginner or because they prefer an individual lesson with no distractions from others. I have taught from elderly people in wheelchairs to young and very fit people and pregnant women– everyone can benefit from yoga and its gift of a better blood supply throughout the body and brain. This tailored practice will reduce stiffness in the body, reduce weight* and improve breathing and therefore mental capacity. It lowers blood pressure particularly with the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. I teach anyone basically who wants better quality of life, better health and youthfulness.
